MORE MERCEDES TO LOVE
2007 GL LAUNCH
Arcadia, California – April 26, 2006 – RUSNAK/Arcadia will hold a Preferred Client Launch and Test Drive for the Luxurious 7-Passenger Mercedes-Benz 2007 GL450 on Thursday, May 11, 2006, between the hours of 5:30 pm – 8:00 pm, benefiting the Edwin J. Gregson Foundation.
With its commanding view of the road ahead, the GL450 lets you elevate the everyday drive, and experience an entirely new journey. And with one of the longest wheelbases in its competitive class*, the cavernous GL450 provides competitive cargo space and generous leg and headroom in all three rows – room to spare for a family of seven and their belongings. Or fold down third-row seats, with the touch of a button, for travels with a few close friends and enough gear to get far, far away. With the new GL450, there’s so much more Mercedes to love.
Besides being given the opportunity to view and test drive the new GL, guests will be treated to an informal modeling show by Bel Heir Clothing and Kelly Christy Hats. They will be bedazzled by jewels from Le Bijou Luxury Jewelers. Bang & Olufsen will provide “state of the art” audio and visuals for a dramatic effect. Partial proceeds from these supporters will be donated to the Edwin J. Gregson Foundation. Delicious hors d’ oeuvres will be served by JJ Steak House as well as sumptuous sweets from Pascali Bakery.
The Edwin J. Gregson Foundation is a nonprofit organization that was
established in 1998 by the California Thoroughbred Trainers Board (CTT)
in an effort to develop ongoing programs benefiting and enhancing the
quality of life for backstretch workers and their families. Scholarship
Funds were established to encourage the desire to pursue higher
learning that might be discouraged due to lack of funds. The
scholarship was created to aid individuals in fulfilling their goals of
obtaining higher education by making a commitment to assist financially
needy backstretch workers in securing resources necessary to attend
college.
